Great location! Quiet comfortable room. We had no view, just the building beside but we spent our time walking along the river and sitting by the river. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Would be great if breakfast went just a wee bit later but it was ok.

Poor Check-in experience

Check in was a hassle. Very strict with 3pm check in, we arrived 2.20pm and said we are not allowed to check in yet even if room is ready. I asked for reconsideration, front desk agreed to 2.30pm and asked me to wait. So i literally stood in front of the check-in counter for 10 mins just to wait for 2.30pm to hit, then they allowed us to be check in. That is poor customer service for me, it is unnecessary to be that strict if you're in the hospitality business. Hotel is clean and new. It has a speakeasy bar on the ground floor. Location is good - infront of train station.

Meh. Check-in and out processes seemed very rigid... Paid for 'early' check-in even though a room was available, lol... Missing a lot of the finer touches of higher end accommodations (though to be fair, they do not charge or position themselves as five-star). Soundproofing sorely lacking. Basic room footprint seemed a bit cramped. Buffet was nothing special. Everything seemed a bit DIY. Useful as a base for 'Han River' activities but would not recommend staying more than a day or two.
