This hotel was absolutely perfect for us. As a single mum on her first European adventure spending 1 night in Paris before our onwards journey with two young children, naturally, getting the right hotel to maximise our time and feel safe was important. The hotel is quirky and eccentric in decor which the kids loved. The room was clean and cool in temperature, hotel and street were quiet and the beds were very comfortable giving us the best night’s sleep (aided by exhausted legs from all the exploring). The metro is close but a lot of the sights are equally as walkable. There’s KFC and McDonald’s nearby if you need quick easy food but also restaurants and supermarkets too.

My daughter and I stayed here for a trip to paris. Our room was very eccentric but very comfortable. The ac was a blessing in the heatwave. The staff are so friendly and the dogs are gorgeous. They held our bags after we checked out which was super useful. Le marais is a great district that feels safe and very trendy. Hotel de roubaix was an excellent choice and we would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was OK. Personally I wouldn't bother again as there are lots of cafes near by but it was good to have the option. 5 *

Anytime we are in Paris this will be our hotel. Location was perfect and close walking distance to metro stops and cafes. We arrived early and they accommodated us with an early check in. The staff was great and welcoming. Recommend this place. 10 out of 10.

This is a very nice little hotel typical of Paris. It has a nice central location with a handy Monoprix just round the corner beside the Metro station. We were there in the extreme heat in June and the air con was great at keeping the room cool. The hotel has a lift but it is very small - 2 person but the key is it does gave one. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and we have been coming to Paris for over 30 hrs.
