Check in wasn't easy as the info provided via the booking company ( not the hotel) was wrong...we had to get help from staff at the hotel, which was fine because we arrived at a time of day when someone was available.
Once inside, we were able to stow our luggage, and return later, to once again find the check in system wouldn't work...according to the person on duty, this was the fault of the booking company.. VERY irritating. However, both members of staff who helped us were extremely professional.
The room we had was spotless, comfy( although not incredibly warm). Good shower and very comfy bed. No kettle in room, but free access to coffee machine in the lobby( no tea though...we're English and love our morning cuppa😉).
All in all, a pretty good hotel for the price.
