Reception and rooms are on the higher floors of a building. Not an issue with the elevator. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Convenient location close to the train station and the heart of town. We would stay in this hotel again.

The hotel has a great location and everything is in walking distance, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a good size. There was a weird small in my room but one can open the window which helped. Overall I would come back!

Nice stay of 3 nights with an initial glitch -upon arrival my room was only half -cleaned, with fresh (i hope) sheets on one mattress, no sheets on the other, and a used plastic cup in the bathroom. The garbage had been emptied and towels replaced so i guess the housekeeper had run out before finishing? Minimal amenities--shower gel but no shampoo, no English on TV. Safe and convenient location, kind staff, and very quiet room made for a restful sleep.

This property is convenient and walking distance to Christmas markets, local shopping, the castle and many cathedrals. The room was pleasant but there was no internet access. The windows open to the square, making it nice to sit, sip and watch the activity in the square. Keep in mind, there is no refrigerator in the room.

Central, Clean and Modern hotel in city center

Check in was a bit frustrating cause we were asked to scan the QR code to fill out our personal information online but the process wasn't smooth. We had to try several times and finally did it with a traditional way - paper form. The lady at breakfast was SUPER NICE!! She welcomed us with greetings and English. Always make sure if we have everything we need. Always smiling when she is working! A big thumb to her!!

Obwohl wir während der ohnehin eingeschränkten Rezeptionszeiten ankamen, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Wir haben 45 Minuten gewartet. Unter der Notfallnummer meldet sich nur eine Securoty Firma, die nicht weiterhelfen kann und selbst auch keinen Kontakt im Hotel hat. Es gab keine Möglichkeit jemanden zu erreichen. Als letztendlich jemand kam, war sie unfreundlich und meinte, sie wäre „nur“ 20 Minuten weg gewesen. Es gab keinerlei Entschädigung und auch keine Gepäckaufbewahrung (nur auf dem Flur). Das Zimmer, das sie uns gab hatte ein Bett zu wenig. Wir sind dann erst einmal in die Stadt gegangen. Später bekamen wir einen Anruf, dass wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen hätten. Zum Glück hat die Dame den Code für den Safe genannt, denn die angeblich geschickte Nachricht mit dem Zugangscode ist nicht bei mir angekommen. Das zweite Zimmer hatte ein Bestellbett und war sauber. Ob die Betten bequem sind, kann ich noch nicht sagen.

Ein kleines Hotel mit unscheinbarem Eingang mitten in der Stadt. Die Lage ist perfekt, allerdings dadurch natürlich auch nicht die ruhigste Gegend. Die Buchung über Expedia scheint etwas Verwirrung gestiftet zu haben: Wir waren nicht auf der Frühstücksliste, obwohl wir dieses mit gebucht hatten, auf der Rechnung erschien ein anderer Name.. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt jedoch für eine Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Parkhaus liegt etwa 3 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt und das Zimmer war sauber. Wie so oft in Designhotels geht aber auch hier Design vor Funktion. So gäbe es sowohl im Bad als auch im Zimmer ausreichend Platz für ein paar Wandhaken, an denen man seine Sachen aufhängen könnte. Schade, dass dieser Platz dafür nicht genutzt wurde und man sehen muss, wo man seine Sachen stattdessen notdürftig unterbringt. Ein Late-Checkout war leider nicht möglich, da das Zimmer schon wieder vergeben war. Es erfolgte aber auch kein Versuch, da etwas möglich zu machen, obwohl das Hotel nicht den Anschein machte, dass es ausgebucht sei.

Jättefint hotell, bra läge.

Hotellet var kanon, personal vid ankomst upplevdes dock nonchalant och lätt otrevlig. Inga parkeringshus gick att köra in i pga vår takbox, tog nästan 1 timme att hitta gatuparkering som bara tog mynt, sedan fick man enbart stå 4 timmar vilket resulterade i böter då vi inte kunde flytta bil och enkelt hitta ny parkering.

Eine schöne Unterkunft und sehr nettes Personal. Leider war meine Nacht gegen 5 Uhr morgens vorbei, da mein Zimmer (206) zur Fußgängerzone rausging und dort früh morgens Straßenreinigung, Müllabfuhr und LKWs (Lieferverkehr zu den Restaurants und Geschäften) viel lauter Verkehr war.

Tolles Personal, das in beiden Schichten sehr zuvokommend agiert hat. Das Zimmer war schön und hatte viele Fenster (wir waren direkt in der Ecke) - leider schließen die Rollladen nicht so wirklich dicht, weshalb wir sehr früh von der Sonne wach wurden. Als Vorschlag hätten wir noch einen Checkout mit Karteneinwurf, damit während der Frühstückszeit das Personal nicht beide leisten muss.

Excellent location, honest employees

A lost wallet was found by hotel staff and I was notified in time to retrieve it before I had to depart. Cash and cards were all accounted for; kudos to the staff for their integrity! The rooms a bit basic but were a good value for the affordable rates. The location is a good compromise between the train station and the old city attractions, we enjoyed the beautiful city.
