I've stayed here several times now and it always hits the spot for me. The location within Resorts World is great with a plethora of shops, bars and eateries on your doorstep, plus the casino if you like a flutter. The spa here is very good, particularly the outdoor (but sheltered) hot tub. Breakfast is definitely worth the money if you want to fuel up for the day ahead; there's loads of choice and it's in the sky bar, with good views of the planes coming into the airport. Rooms are clean, modern and well equipped - the Nespresso machine is a nice touch. The beds are huge and comfortable and the shower in the bathroom is one of the best in any hotel I've been in. I have stayed in places that do certain things a little better than the Genting, but this hotel does everything, really well. A little tip - don't pay the £15 per day parking that hotel reception offer you - if you spend £20 in any shop or restaurant in Resorts World, they will validate your parking ticket and make it £3.50 instead!

Really pleasant stay. Felt welcomed on arrival, it was quick and easy to check in. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pillows were a little too hard for us, but that was the only niggle we had. We used the spa which was a lovely bonus as part of our stay. We also had breakfast, which was great, a small selection for great quality.

A clean, well kept hotel with wonderfully helpful staff. Lovely food, fabulous drinks. Well situated for events at the NEC and beyond if you don’t mind a taxi or train ride. Fabulous if you want a bit of luxury. Does have underground parking that is more secure than some of the other hotels in the area and around the same price.

Room lovely, staff helpful and attentive. Location perfect for the BP Pulse arena. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the chaos at breakfast. Will try to avoid the rush next time.
