Anyone we encountered on site was very friendly and kind. We loved our view of the river, the ability to crack the window for fresh air, the bed was super comfortable. Sad we only stayed one night! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent stay at LondonHouse Chicago. The hotel and rooms are gorgeous, every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm/kind/responsive, and the location cannot be beat. Do not miss the rooftop bar/restaurant at sunset! I won’t stay in any other Chicago hotel moving forward!

This hotel was AMAZING!!!! its in a perfect location right in the heart of downtown and close to everything! the staff was amazing and very accommodating! I only wish they had access to a microwave so i could reheat my food which was also amazing! thank you LondonHouse for a great experience.
