This has been our 3rd time staying in this hotel and we have experienced hits and misses and this will be the 1st time I am doing a review. The Good: - First 2 stays were super except the one listed on the Not-So-Good. -breakfast has always been good, hot food remained hot and cold food remained cold. Kitchen staff considerate of me that they handed me a takeaway box for the rest if the family members that were sleeping. The Not-So-Good -1st 2 stays, staff were not that nice. Call wait is next to forever. Phoned them from our suite and did not give me proper answers to my queries and just hangs up, almost busted my eardrum- phone etiquette please. - Our 3rd stay, the room we stayed in the carpet was dirty. How did I know? We had a shower before heading to the hotel which means we are clean. Half an hour after arrival, our feet esp.my kids,were black-ish from running around the room. Lock in the bathroom door is broken and the light kept flickering. Tried phoning but of course no answer.
