Ye Olde Argyler is a hidden gem. It a bit out of the way from the typical touristy stuff, but if you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it.

We arrived later than expected and the owners ensured the dining room could accommodate us when we arrived. The place was so calm and peaceful, away from everything. It rained a lot through the day and the mist surrounded the coastline and property. It was just lovely. Im sure it would be beautiful and amazing in the sunlight. Rooms were very cozy.

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay. We stayed here on our first night and our last night of a 9-day vacation in Nova Scotia. Relatively close to the ferry, beautiful and peaceful setting, absolutely wonderful and welcoming staff. I would recommend this in a heartbeat

The people at Ye Olde Argyler Lodge were very friendly, they went over and above to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole area had the friendliest people I've ever met! It was an amazing vacation. We're going back and my other sisters are coming! I would definitely recommend this lodge as a place to stay. Just note the restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday but breakfast was served and it was delicious.
