The ladies who work the reception are very nice and helpful, world class. All staff in the hotel from housekeeping to kitchen to maintenance are there in a second to help. I could have not had a more enjoyable stay. Dog friendly.

Disaster but They Refunded Me in Full

I am sure that this hotel will be fine when they finish construction and resolve all their issues but right now it is a disaster. The power went down, the elevator did not work and the final straw when was there was no hot water. At this point, they refunded me in full for my unused nights and I found another hotel. Again I am sure when they fix their issues it will be a great place, but right now it is not

Location was great and nice cozy rooms. Breakfasts weren't good at all so had it somewhere else. WiFi was horrible and I was there for business so there was no way to make a calls. That was a blocker for me so wouldn't ever stay in this hotel.

The location is perfect the stuff disappointed us

The hotel is awesome, the breakfast was great, the location even better. The only thing is that the stuff wasn't that nice, we had a problem the our toiled was clogged and since that moment every time they saw us they reminded us not to throw toilet papers into the toilet, like it was joke that experience wasn't that nice.

We stayed there for one night, the hotel location is near the main square with all the bars and restaurants . Room is spacious, amenities is pretty basic , no air con but there is a Fan and you can open the window . Overall not a bad hotel , staff at the reception is very helpful and friendly.
