The entire room was just a hell no. The walls were patched in pieces, the walls were dirty, the shower was gross. I just about asked for a refund and left. We got there late and the front person seemed as friendly as the wall. Just never again.

The room was in poor repair. The toilet keep running periodically through the night. One of the faucets in the sink didnt work, toilet paper holders were rusted and non-functioning. No security lock on the top of the door. No microwave, paid wi-fi, no coffee maker in the room. Very loud people all over, and sounded like people drag racing down the street by the hotel. Handicapped parking on one side of the hotel, and had to walk to the other side. Housekeeping never came, our dtay was 3 days long. We were provided with 2 towels upon checking in, had to knock at a side window when returned to the hotel after our day out to ask for more towels since we did not get maid service.

Good except the room was a smoking room

Did not realize it was a smoking room smmell of snoking all through the room was disturbing. Smoke stains on the ceilings, just seeped into everything, includingbbedding. The room was a great size, bed and pillows were omfortable. However I am sensitive to cigarettes and smoke, so my eyes were burning and irritated. Again, i did not see on Hotels for those rooms to be smokless as a choinlce. Maybe its time to fully go smokeless. Pleanty of motels and hotels do so.. i would stay again in a non smoking room.

Bed and pillows comfortable, room was clean walls and base boards stained with dirt and grim. Bathroom toilet seat was broken tub was old and dingy with rust and chipped cracks. Check in was outside in the dark through a security window. Lots of people smoking marijuana throughout the complex.
