We stayed 7 nights with our 6 & 3 year old. It was our 4th time on the Gold Coast as a family, we usually stay in Main Beach but opted for a change now the kids are a bit older. The apartment was clean, spacious and the convenience of Coles downstairs was excellent. Easy walk to all the action. Email & sms instructions were clear. Contactless check in/out was easy. We will definitely be back!
Amazing view and balcony. Highly recommend if you're wanting a view like no other. Great bathrooms and kitchen. Beds weren't that comfortable and pillows too bulky
. No extra bedding was available. Whole complex of the towers was perfect!
Room no. 1293 was clean and tidy. Was a good room. Facilities all work good. Shower heads could do with a replacement. Not enough water pressure and was small. Sliding door get jammed. Tv in bedroom doesnāt work. Wardrobe door doesnāt slide properly on one side. But overall was a great comfy apartment. Although the glass table, coffee is t practical with kids as they may break.
The perfect home away from home on the Gold Coast. It is an older apartment so some things were a little tired but it was clean and furniture was tidy. Had lovely views and a convenient location with supermarket, checklist and restaurants just downstairs. We will happily stay here again next time!
Location of the property is great! Close to public transport, beach and all round very accessible. Very close to shops/ supermarket. The pools are awesome too and looks like the most resort-like around in that area.
A few simple things could turn a 3 star into 4 star. Providing 1 dishwashing tablet, and 1 dishwashing sachet for a 4 night stay is stingy.
Cutting the kitchen sponge in thirds is stingy.
Beds could use some serious bed toppers for comfort as one of us opted to sleep on the couch as it was more comfortable. Beds are like rock.
Main bedroom needs blockout curtains.
Chairs in dining room are sunken in the middle and are unusable.
I didnāt like who we went through to get this holiday if we would had gone through chevron may be the room would had looked a little bit more clean and presentable.Room 1224 was absolutely ran down and not looked after for the price they were asking.Plus had lots of issues with parking our disability van.
Great place for kids and families. Very central apartment was great, clean and tidy had everything we needed. Pool was very nice. Key pick up and drop off was a bit tricky and there is no access to any of the amenities outside of your check-in and checkout time. Thereās also no baggage storage .minor but something to think about when booking flights.
Good value and good size for family with 2 toddlers with a 3rd room unused. Pool is fantastic for young kids and hotel is in central location easy walk to everything. Negatives are that the place is in need of renovations (both the room and hotel as a whole) also can hear wind noise and night time party goers even on level 22. For the money it's great
No block out blinds in the master bedroom, block out blinds in the second bedroom where too short so good for nothing. Biggest disappointment as kids where awake at 5.30am. Few things broken or need replacing, couch was dirty, kitchen lacking basics.
I have seen that this apartment had mixed reviews, but I am here to say that I found it 9 out of 10. Fantastic balcony views, nice and tidy. Great location, Coles Supermarket downstairs, close to bars and restaurants. Tram very close.
Main bedroom did not have a balcony but has an opening lever window for fresh air.
The swimming area and hotel amenities were amazing. Never a long wait at lifts. Actual rooms were great sizes, very clean and also located right on top of Coles
