Fantastic room with jetted tub, separate living room, fridge with complimentary drinks, snacks, Nespresso machine, kettle and tea, and free breakfast. Can't wait to visit and stay again. 1 block walk to all the shops and Lake Victoria. Nice to have parking with our room as well. Self checkin was so easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

In addition to being a convenient walk to town, restaurants, theatres, and river park, the hotel provides a tasty and healthy light breakfast and a Nespresso machine for really good coffee in the room. I would only wish that the extra fee for parking be noted with the reservation.

Really friendly and helpful people! Shawn was super helpful in a pinch, as well as the wonderful concierge who got us settled. Very clean with a continental breakfast included. Our stay was wonderful. Rishita was so helpful throughout, ensuring we were comfortable. If you are expecting a glitzy hotel stay, I would say this is not it. It is very quaint and really showcases a vintage style. The only negative would be the breakfast. The breakfast selection was limited, and I was surprised at the lack of plates and cutlery.

This is the second time we habe stayed here and we love the accomodation! It is reasonably priced, cheerful and clean. The staff are amazingly friendly and nobody disturbs you unless you ask for something and when you do they go out of their way to help! We will definately be coming back to this boutique hotel!

Mostly self-serve but staff we did encounter were friendly and helpful. Overall, more positives than negatives. Very convenient location and a pleasant stay.

Be careful of the 7 day cancellation - we booked with friends and our friends found out within 6 days that they had to attend to a very ill parent out east and the hotel would not take the request to cancel or get a gift certificate to management, simply saying "its management policy".
