exceptional hôtel located in the heart of Ortigia, in a beautifully renovated former palace. We spent a week enjoying our private, quiet and spacious, spotlessly clean apartment with kitchen and laundry. A copious and delicious breakfast was served in the dining room every morning. We cannot say enough about the warm and friendly welcome we received from Domenico and all his wonderful staff. This unique hôtel also houses a small cinema and exhibition of cinema history. truly a magical experience

A lovely building with a great roof terrace to watch the sunset. Staff were really friendly and coordinated a valet pick up for our car on arrival which worked out great. This 'apartment' was located in an ideal area - within a 8-10 minute walk from the city center. No frills (which is totally ok with me) -- located on a pedestrian street so definitely no parking at hotel, however, parking garage located within a couple of blocks and $25 euro/day so they were able to accommodate us. Staff was helpful (recommended one of our favorite restaurants on this vacation!) and was clean!
