Second time staying here for practice camp. The spa is amazinf for sore muscles after a long day of sports. The view from the restaurant is amazing! Make sure to eat early for the most amazing view of Sollefteå in the rising sun. The staff is friendly and helpfull, but we where unfortunate enough that we this time met a receptionist who seemed to have a bad day. We asked him some questions and got snappy, and which we found out later, incorrect answers from. But everybody else is friendly and amazing! The rooms are clean and spacious. There is no noice from neigbours, but you can hear the occasionall slamming of doors. All in all a lovely experience! Will 100% come back again and keep commin back.

Polerna fanns av många olika karaktärer. Det vi saknade var personal som fanns närvarande i spa och polområdet. Lite mer information om var handdukar fanns och att man måste köpa till badrocken hade man behövt veta före. Men utsikten kan inte överträffas.

Har en fantastisk utsikt fint och snyggt hotell! Middagsbuffén var helt ok men de var inte så snabba att fylla på, servicen var helt ok. Frukost var ok men inte mer än det! Har sett och ätit bättre! Spa delen är också ok men se upp för hala golv! Men varför behöva betala för slitna badrockat? Skulle också önska nån mer pool ute finns, bara en och den är upptagen mest hela tiden. Det är inget dåligt hotel med föredrar Havsbaden i Grisslehamn som är mer än ljuvligt!

Personal ointresserade vid incheckning, ingen info om frukost eller spa. Tv på rummet ej ansluten till internet så den gick inte att använda. Städerskan tog med våra handdukar vid rumsstädning men lämnade inga nya rena. Fint gym men helt utan ventilation så det va otroligt varmt trots att man va själv där (ute temperatur 8 grader så berodde inte på värme utifrån) Vid förfrågan om spa-kostnad fick vi olika priser beroende på vem vi frågade i receptionen. Spa:et helt fullt av disk, både på samtliga bord men även längs med kanterna på poolerna. Inga rena glas vid vattenstationerna, bara ytterligare disk. Föräldrar som slänger sina barn i poolen, barn som har tävling i att göra bomben. Mycket högljutt, kändes som man va på vattenland snarare än spa. Långa köer vid frukostbuffén eftersom man valde att bara servera på ena sidan ist för från båda sidorna. Hotellet lever på sin fantastiska utsikt, men standarden och servicen är så låg. Så länge det inte finns konkurrens i Sollefteå kommer dom kunna fortsätta bedriva verksamhet på detta sätt. Men jag rekommenderar det verkligen inte.

Dålig info om tider och hur man hittar på hotellet vid ankomst. Svårt att orientera sig. Hade önskemål om att byta rum någon våning upp men ovillig i att mötas i ett önskemål och fick bara ett blankt nej till svar. När jag frågade om en handduk till min son slängde receptionisten bara fram det lite besvärat. Dyr kaffedrink som var svag och smaklös. (Kunnat göra den bättre själv) Använda glas stod framme i lobbyn och det låg skräp på golvet, fastän jag upplevde att det var väldigt lite gäster på hotellet. Fönster i lobby och glasräcke till trappen var dammiga och väldigt flammiga. Frukosten erbjöd ett lågt utbud av bröd och ingen sallad. Kaffet smakade som att det var inköpt av något billigt märke och smakade inte bra. Anser att som ett 5 stjärnigt hotell lever detta hotell absolut inte upp till förväntningarna. Bott flertalet gånger på andra hotell med samma stardard och nej detta var en besvikelse. Jag kommer inte tillbaka.
