6/10 Good

We felt disappointed. After reading all good reviews we expected a different experience. Yes, the property is very clean, and in beautiful surroundings, but overall many small details were letting our impression down. Breakfast was OK, but had some really stale old items, ...Overall the hospitality felt sort of tight. Very mixed feelings. There are much better options in the area, considering value.

The dinner in the hotel was superb. I'm sure that one day it will be discovered by the Michelin guide.

Excellent service, great food and wine

If you like tidy clean room, good food (but not mass food), nice wine, exclusive service, willing to pay a little more for all the good stuff, then this is an excelent place, with a very friendly and professional staff, thank you for the super service we enjoyed and hope to come back.

2/10 Poor

Never stayed there... they sold the room I booked during the time used to confirm the reservation by email (in 5 min). In my opinion, is a terrible way to manage hotel reservations, also through online services.
