"Room was clean, the swimming pool and kids area are very nice, and with an excellent beach in front of the hotel. Service depends, not excellent 100% of the time, sometimes really slow and sometimes just did not happen. Hotel is quite old, but ok, you just sleep at the room. "O quarto impecável, a vista lindíssima, os funcionários muito solícitos. Todavia, o quarto 12 tem uma escada de piso cerâmico, com quse dois metros de altura, sem anti-derrapante e sem corrimão. Minha filha escorregou em uma pequena pouça de água que tinha no degrau e foi parar no hospital de Ilhéus. Recomendei à administração que providenciasse os itens de segurança. Felizmente mina filha só perdeu um dia internada, mas poderia ter ficado aleijada ou até coisa pior. CUIDADO. "

"Pousada Staff goes the extra mile, location good for beach vacationers. Walk to historic city center is quite a challenge. Property well kept with a nice pool area & great sauna with open access. Overall would rate 4.5 "
