The service was splendid; unfortunately, breakfast isn't included—it would have been fantastic. I know there’s a restaurant next door, but it turned out they didn't open that day. Anyway, the service from everyone was wonderful—especially from a lovely, pleasant young woman with curly hair and a beautiful face, who made us feel so welcome with her manner and attentiveness. Please pass on my sincere compliments to her.

This place is the best deal in Durango hands down. Everything was perfect. The place is new and modern. Location was good. Wifi was great. Room was very clean. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Hot water plentiful. Had access to washer & dryer to do a couple loads of laundry. Great communication with host/manager. Used web based translator to communicate. The service was great, and the people very friendly. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The second-floor room I stayed in for four nights didn't open to the cathedral as I had hoped, but it did overlook a small /patio seating area on the ground floor. The room was recently refurbished and the bathroom was clean. Staff was very helpful and positive. Excellent location less than half a block from the main plaza. Breakfast was basic but very good.

Front desk Hector was super amazing and helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable. The location near everything, basically walked everywhere. Brought my dog who loved playing with their hotel dog Patrick. Will be coming back again.

Even when the smell of the bed sheets was perfect, they looked pretty worn out and makes you uncertain about how clean they were.

Love the pool the playground at the restaurantnext door! The little one stayed entertained!

El personal muy atentos siempre que voy me asignan una habitación ejecutiva y está ves no me la habían asignado y le comenté al personal y enseguida me la asignaron muchas gracias por sus atenciones de limpieza y gracias por el minirefri también que me prestaron para hacer más cómoda la estancia volveré pronto!

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Conveniently located to the major shopping centres and bus station is a big plus. Good selection of tv channels and cold AC were appreciated.

Request for no maid service was ignored on one of four days. Not good.

Great location the mall is great and the casino is in the mall. Also the hotel buffet is great and Sergio, Armando and Many great waiters. My family and I will definitely stay again.

We were just passing by on our way to Tepic, Nayarit. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping mall. The rooms were a little small but were clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was just ok, they don't refill fast enough.

Everything went great, except the wifi did not work the three nights I was there. I basically only got a hotel for the wifi. They insinuated that it was being fixed, but I don’t think any effort was made.
