This property was great. Clean, high quality, ocean view, everything we hoped it would be. The only problem we had was the hot water going out four times followed by a few attempts in communication with follow up.

Excellent location, super tranquil property, felt like a small oasis. Would stay again.

My family really enjoyed staying at La Puesta. The views are spectacular, we loved waking up to see and hear the ocean everyday. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely curated. My kids (7&9) loved the pool and slide. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect because it was quiet, away from the noise of the town center, but a convenient 10 minute walk (or couple minute golf cart) ride into town. Definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

My wife and I stayed at the One&Only Mandarina for 8 nights. The resort is amazing - fantastic location, nice beach, very private, good food, and a variety of things to do. There are a few things I think they will work out over time, including: removing the tables around the beach pool and replacing them with cabanas, some maintenance issues in some of the villas (we had a cabinet wall fall off during our stay), offering more coffee than just a small french press, and replacing items in the...

I would give this place 1 star only because I’m selfish and don’t want other to discover this beautiful little hotel. It is 5 starts. It made our trip out here very special. The rooftop pool and bar are the best. Quiet, well designed and gorgeous views of the ocean and jungle. Large spacious rooms and compared to other options in the area, it’s very affordable.

The common areas were great, especially the rooftop with 2 sauna pools. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very convenient to get a coffee at the attached cafe. Also an excellent location to access the many restaurants in San Pancho and the beach.

The room felt more like our apartment than a hotel stay, which is what we wanted.

An exceptional luxury, set between the jungle and white sandy beach. We had an amazing stay for 3 nights, got pampered by an excellent staff including butler service. Also, to our surprise got a birthday cake and an upgrade to a beachfront penthouse. The daily breakfast was very good and the food (Mexican) at ZULA was excellent. Can't beat the luxury, the privacy, the service and the beauty of the surrounding nature of this place!!!!

This is the best place, everything is so nice and pretty. It has two swimming pools and the staff is very friendly. The beach is like 200m walk and there are lots of restaurants around

What a place! I have stayed at many other nice and fancy places and nothing compares to this place. Grand Vellas is on a whole other level. The service is amazing. Eric Santana was amazing! He was our concierge. Two of their restaurants should be michelin rated. Thats how good they are!!! I could go on and on about all of the little things that made this place great but less is more for anyone that reads this. Even their kids club is amazing! So safe and clean. The way it's not...

Everything was easy and very accommodating. Loved the ambience, restaurant dinner was excellent as well.
