Wonderful stay, great spa amenities, fantastic staff and service.

A very nice property, tucked in the center, tastefully renovated. Service is very kind and attentive, even though the « nobody’s there » check in procedures can be unusual for the American public. Very nice bedding, and super quiet.

Wonderful boutique hotel (only 5 guest rooms) in a beautifully restored 15th century house. Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only ate continental breakfasts there, but they were all we needed to start the day. This house was restored by the great flamenco guitarist Paco de Lucia, and his heirs still own it. Music and memorabilia are around you, which made our stay even better.

An excellent small hotel in a medieval house converted into a hotel. The location was excellent, right next to the Cathedral, and between the jewish quarter and the center of town. Nice continental breakfast and every service was well done by very nice and helpful staff. Very recomendable hotel. I will try to stay there in my next visit.

We needed a place to stay along our road trip and booked this hotel on a whim. Zero expectations. And WOW we were pleasantly surprised! Easy, friendly service, super clean and comfortable, walkable and great location in town. The main plaza is around the corner and lovely, cafes open until quite late. The town itself is charming, historic and feels like a “hometown”. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel is in a fantastic location just two minutes from the cathedral. The room is spacious and the breakfast was excellent. One thing to note: driving to the hotel to drop off luggage requires navigating winding, narrow streets with poor signage, so we opted to drop our car off at their recommended parking garage and then walk to the hotel. Unfortunately, several of the elevators in the parking garage are permanently disabled and the walk to the hotel was mostly uphill.

The property was gorgeous and very convenient to Cuenca. The only problem was parking! Be aware there is a garage as soon as you begin the uphill drive on your left. There is no way to turn around a large car

The hotel is very nice. We were driving on our trip, so the available parking was perfect. You do need to contact the hotel and reserve parking (which is in a secure underground lot adjacent to the hotel). While you do need to pay for parking the ease of finding it makes it worth it. Also, it is easy to access AND is on the edge of the old and charming part of town. We found it to be very quiet as well.

I loved this place. We did a 2 week road trip through mid to northern spain, and only spent one night here. But as soon as as arrived, I wished we had booked multiple nights here. First the place is impressive. And beautiful. The staff, every single one, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar, to the housekeepers, are all extremely helpful. We traveled with our 2 year old and desired to rest post the long flight (15 hours) Madrid is wonderful but for the price, luxury and family friendly environment of Toledo this was the place for us. We love the big room and sofa, and balcony. It gave us just the extra space we needed. The extra large tub and shower, installations were also lovely. The hotel has great art and furniture all over and a roomy lounge area (again kid friendly) We didn't check out the spa but would have loved to....

We spent two nights at this spa during a 17 day trip to Spain. Me, my wife and 16 year daughter stayed here for 2 nights to take a break from our driving tour of central and northern Spain. We took advantage of the spa baths, messages and the ladies had aroma body treatments (all of these are extra costs, but we found them to be worth it).
