Excellent hotel to stay. Everyone is friendly, nice and the breakfast is unbelievable.

We had a great 2 weeks here. The staff went out of their way to help. Service is amazing. Very accommodating. Will be back.

Great service Clean room

It is my second stay at this hotel because the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property is very conveniently located across the central station so you can drop off my luggage right away and go into the town even if you arrive before 3 pm check in time. A perfect location when you are traveling by train.

Perfect location if you have to be by the Randwyck area in Maastricht. Close to train and bus stations, some university schools, the MECC and the hospital are literally next door. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my 5 night stay (business) in the hotel. I don't speak any Dutch but had no difficulties as the staff (including the waiters) spoke excellent Englsh - there was even an English menu in the dining room. Food was good, kind of plain and "solid" rather than fancy or gourmet, but that's not necessarily a bad thing when travelling. Be aware that room service was not advertised, nor did it seem to be readily available. I thought prices were fair, considering it is the EEC and the Euro. The...

This castle hotel was wonderful. The check in process was electronic but the manager was close by for any issues. Our room was way upstairs and while the hotel had an elevator, the last floor was only accessible by a small staircase. The room was large but ceilings were low in the upper room.
