"We arrived for 4 nights
The room was not that clean
There was cigarette ash and a girl's long hair
We did not receive a response from the reception
In general, a nice hotel, no wow, there is a good casino in the hotel
And the whole complex has a strong smell of cigarettes"

"This hotel is closed to Europe square, it nex to everything, shopping, restaurants. Beautiful and new hotel. The staff was so friendly and very welcome. The general manager was amazing woman and very friendly. We really enjoyed and surely to be back. I really recommend this great hotel."

"Staff looked miserable and don’t wanna help, my bathroom would get flooded after every shower and they did nothing to move me or fix the leaking shower. Carpets are filthy and worn out. Breakfast is terrible and no gluten free options."
