"I have to say the resort experience turned out to be truly magical! I reached out to 3 different desert camps, and Hassan was the only one who was incredibly prompt and responsive, When you’re overseas and unsure of what to expect, clear communication makes all the difference. He even arranged our transport from the hotel to the camp, which made everything stress-free. We loved our driver, Imad, so much that we ended up booking our entire 7-day trip with him. He was amazing—patient, reliable and so friendly that he soon became a part of our family—making our entire journey seamless and enjoyable. A huge shout out to Mustafa, our fantastic guide who clicked tons of pics for us making it truly memorable. From the camel rides to the ATV adventures and the Berber tour, every moment was special. Mohammad, the warmest person ever served us exquisite food and made us fall in love with Moroccan cuisine. The Berber songs by the campfire were truly ethereal. We sang, shared stories, and quickly became friends with everyone around us. By the end of the evening, we were no longer strangers but a family gathered around one table. It’s a memory we will always cherish. Hassan also offers transportation services, which made everything immensely convenient. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, let him know in advance — they were thoughtful enough to prepare our meals accordingly, which we truly appreciate. All in all, we returned home with some magical tales !!"

"Real Heat! Real Hot Water! ibis Ouarzazate was a warm welcome from the night before (no heat in the building). The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. My room had a good view of the surrounding area and there were many places to eat nearby. The staff was friend but not over barring. I will lodge here the next time I am in Ouarzazate."

"The staff was amazing! Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and polite. My wife felt a little sick to her stomach and they went out of their way several times to prepare a special tea that helped so much. In addition, the food was the best that we had after spending 5 days in Marrakesh. The location was a perfect walking distance to the UNESCO site. "

"An overall good experience. Checking in was easy and fast. The property is pretty with orange and lemon trees everywhere. A bit of a walk for us to our room so if you have health challenges you may want to request something close to the lobby before you check in. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was just ok, but breakfast was fantastic and had a lot of good options. We also liked our room and the staff was very friendly."
