The hotel is clean, modern with courteous staff. It is a little distance from the city center but it was a welcomed escape from the bustling of the city after I was finished with my tours.

The room was very comfortable - spacious, well-equipped, clean and warm, and clear instructions making everything easy to use.

They came to the airport and picked me up in a nice car. Mina the manager is very helpful. He will try to help above and beyond any of manager. Breakfast was good. If on e item runs out, they replace it

This hotel was a life saver for me. I was at another hotel that just wasn't suitable and so I switched to this hotel. It is impeccably clean, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurants serve great food. They have connections with tour companies and their concierge arranges everything. The other hotel was very cheap, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend the Staybridge Suites in Cairo to any American traveling to Cairo. Although it was not close to the tourist sites, Our one bedroom suite provided a welcome retreat from the often overwhelming chaos that is Cairo. It was incredibly nice to get back at the end of our day and have a comfortable living room, with good WiFi, to unwind in. This hotel exceeded my expectations, I've been to Cairo multiple times before but never did i feel so comfortable and safe like this. The facilitates were numerous and excellent, rooms were quiet and comfy.

We loved this meticulously restored to its 1800s splendor--think Haussmann Parisian high ceilings and large French windows--with exquisite Egyptian antiques yet all modern conveniences (en suite bathrooms, air conditioning etc). At a great price it's located in a good area. The staff is extremely helpful and always helpful with anything needed like food places and getting u a taxi so ur not getting ripped off. The a.c. works perfect (a must for egypt) and the room was a decent size and clean. NICE LOCATION ON THE NILE RIVER, 8 Minute Walk to the MUSEUM and not too far from the PYRAMIDS. The staff was very friendly and 24HR GOVT BANK OF EGYPT was inside the hotel.Also It is very safe to book a Taxi from the hotel to the Airport at their counter.

Wonderful location. Hotel staff was great. They were all very friendly and eager to help whenever we needed anything. There is some construction just outside the hotel, but the hotel is perfect for a family.
