"A wonderful stay in a professionally run hotel - I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The rooms are clean, tastefully furnished, and well equipped, staff is helpful and organized, the breakfast buffet and other dining options are excellent, the location is convenient, parking is adequate plus there is a superb convenience store on the ground floor to cover any last minute items that may be needed. The hotel staff also helped connect me to good tour operators and were really nice to interact with. Keep up the good work, Hotel Dragon :-)"

"First impression , just beautifully done . Lovely grounds . Tje staff - porters, dining staff - wonderful, courteous and helpful . Disappointed, my room was not properly cleaned . Noted in the shower all corners dirty with hair , debris . Also a few cobwebs . Tje black walls had soap and other residues . Did politely point out the issue and requested a good clean up . It was not done . Biggest problem - the staff is not trained in handling if any medical issues arose . Not knowing what to do , they get fearful and just avoid handling it . This is an administration issue . I think if the staff is trained well they would follow better . Also , one would expect someone to be in charge and be at the reception area at night - not a soul present . Not acceptable . It’s a shame that I had to write this because the hotel of this stature and being quite expensive should not have any of the above issues . It’s the owner who is and should be responsible ."
