"Very helpful with us at check in. Gave extra care to medical devices we were traveling with. Claudio at the front desk was patient and gracious with us. It was a spectacular hotel, as much of a pleasure to tour the grounds as it was to tour the historic landmarks."

"There must be a better hotel than this one. They gave us the room in the lobby floor, The windows were basically in the street. You cannot open them. No privacy and a lot of construction dust. I asked for a higher floor room and the guy in the lobby desk said they are all booked. When I insisted, suddenly there was an empty room, still stuffy but better than the room by the street. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Location is fantastic. Ocean view from the hotel room is fantastic. This is not 4-star. Rooms aren't clean. Toilet was leaking. Utensils in the kitchen still had food on them from prior guests. Silverfish in kitchen cabinets."

The breakfast is one of a kind: the selection and variety, freshness of baked goods, fruits, deserts, and spread is one of a kind. Their dining room staff with the dedicated leadership of Carlotta is at the highest levels of hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed the incredible new 12 course tasting menu one evening. The indoors and out door pools are inviting with a spa-like atmosphere. The front desk staff is eager to assist, including loading and unloading luggages. Nothing but the best to say - this hotel is a gem."

"Our stunning room was such a beautiful surprise! It was larger and more comfortable than we could have imagined. We felt like royalty! The staff was very welcoming. We loved the rooftop breakfast which was also an honours bar. You can also bring up your own drinks. Great Views from the patio and our room. Luggage drop off and complimentary parking was a little tricky but worked out. Excellent location. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! "
