"Very comfortable sleep, perfect room temperature not overly hot in the bedroom like you find in some hotels. Breakfast was great a mixture of buffet and menu picked traditionals cooked to order. The Spa area changing rooms are a little small and a bit dated but overall satisfactory. The pool is large with some water features, also there is a cold plunge, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms. Great location for the town everything within walking distance and a good car park."

"We've stayed here a couple of times pre-Covid and back again recently, definitely some upgrades have been done in between. Staff here are always friendly and helpful. They were doing some maintenance works during our stay, it didn't pose too much of a hassle even though I had knee surgery earlier in the year and still recovering. Noise level was fine too. The anti slip bath mat for the shower was incredibly helpful during our stay because of my knee. No shortage of towels even if you're on DND. The only slight feedback would be maybe upgrade the gym a little would be helpful, the ventilation in there isn't great. Would highly recommend, definitely would be back again when we're in town"

"The room was not perfectly clean, but the view was beautiful, and the location was perfect- right in between the bus stop and the main attractions of the city. So close to everything! The staff was kind enough to keep our luggage while we toured after we had checked out. The pub was perfect after a day of wandering"

"Limpieza de las habitaciones pronta respuesta a nurdyrss necesidades Lo que no nos gusto fue q asignaron la mosma habitacion a otros huespedes qie ingresaron a la habitacion estando nosotros ahi La chspa de la puerta se quedo sin baterua y no funcionaron las llaves en mas de una oportunidad incluso no pudieron entrar a tealizar limpieza a la habitacion"
