"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "The location is close to Saga JR station, walking distance around 3-5mins. The twins room size is reasonable, around 27m square. It is very good design. The bathroom and washroom are separate. There is no restaurant nearby hotel. The place is quiet. There is no any hotel staff to help. However it is not difficult to access without staff. Since should received access password and online check-in process before accommodation. "

"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "
