The location is unbeatable for the price. Just a few minutes away from the Arena and within walking distance of the historic center. There is no staff on site but my room was clean and ready when I arrived.

Lovely room. Chilled water supplied and we had a balcony. Electric scooters were parked nearby so it was easy to get around. Very handy accommodation. The only thing was the air conditioning, while it did work, it didn't actually chill the room - so it was a-bit hot for us as we’re not used to 30 degrees heat! Another point worth noting is there was no fridge. Altogether, we had a great time on our trip and enjoyed the accommodation 💫

La struttura si trova vicinissima sia alla stazione che al centro, tuttavia le condizioni igieniche lasciano a desiderare: macchie sulle lenzuola, bagno comune spesso sporco e gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati il secondo giorno.

I enjoyednmy visit very much. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening. However, I was sent clear instructions of how to enter the hotel. Everything was very releaxed but felt very trusting. I was visiting the Marmomac Stone Show. So the Hotel was in a good postion to reach Piazza Bra and was locates next to a bis stop for the show. Very conveniently located.

The electricity totally cut out at around 9pm my second night here and was not resolved by the time i left the following morning at 10am. there is no reception at this hotel and it operates through self-check-in procedures. Incredibly frustrating that when contacting me to request i pay the city tax the hotel admin are accessible on whatsapp, but when i need to contact them to ask for the literal electricity to be fixed they are totally unresponsive!

Getting into the rooms was smooth and easy due to the communication before my arrival (there is no on site staff but the team texts you right away if you need anything!). The room itself was great for the price and expectation. And the area around the hotel was perfect: lovely cafe downstairs, bars and restaurants close by, but very quiet section of Verona after hours. The only issue was that my air conditioner leaked a lot of water one night after it rained, causing a loud dripping noise for one whole night. Don’t store anything valuable under the air conditioner (on the desk where the TV is) just in case it rains! My laptop would have been drenched if I hadn’t woken up to move it! Otherwise, if you’re traveling on a budget (and solo like me) this is a great choice that is walking distance to everything!

Værelse og seng var Ok. Det ene af to fælles badeværelser (til 7 værelser) var ekstremt lille og derfor næsten ubrugeligt. Det andet havde en fin størrelse, men var lidt slidt. En del støj fra vej, men til gengæld fin altan til værelse 1, og værelser lå midt imellem jernbanestationen og Arena’en/det historiske centrum. Intet personale på stedet, men kort efter afsendelse af sms om manglende toiletpapir, blev der fyldt op.

This was an ok stay but i would not stay again. It was nosey as i could hear the other residents enter and exit they're rooms. The key is old and was difficult to lock and unlock the door to my room, which felt unsafe at times as the "motion light" in hallway was not great. A light didnt work in my room and the tv remote didnt work either. Nice thing is the free water by the entrance and one of the 2 bathrooms shared between 7 rooms. The area was decent and felt safe at night.

Boa localização e quarto confortável! Tive um atendimento ruim para entrar no imóvel na primeira vez, fiquei mais de 30 minutos esperando na frente e ligando sem ninguém atender. Um vizinho que me ajudou ligando para o responsável. Depois desse episódio foi que recebi senha da porta do prédio e também cópia das chaves.

Disappointed

We stayed for three nights, never the room was cleaned and towels replaced, the shutters on the only window with balcony was stuck so we couldn't open the window and balcony and had to switch the lights on even during daytime. Water dispenser never had water,empty water bottles laying around.

DO NOT stay here. I booked a single room and ‘upgraded’ to one with an ensuite. I can honestly say this is the worst place I have stayed in. The room was extremely shabby and grubby, there was a huge boiler in the room with exposed piping. The bed was similar to a camp bed and felt like it was going to collapse when I sat on it. The ensuite was a shower, toilet and wash basin in the corner of the room. The toilet was directly in front of the basin so it was virtually inaccessible, the toilet was dirty and the seat was not fixed, the shower was mouldy and the door was hanging off and water leaked onto the floor. The room was in a state of disrepair and grubby. There was no kettle, flat screen tv or desk, as advertised. The air conditioning unit did not work and neither did the electric shutters. The toilet and shower were directly in front of the door to the balcony (dirty with cigarette butts and an old broken chair) and although there was a curtain it was grubby and very ill fitting so it did not feel particularly private. The balcony ran the length of the side of the building so in theory other people could walk along it. As a single female I did not feel particularly safe. There was no one to speak to and I completed a review of check in to give ‘feedback’ as to how my stay could be improved but I’m not sure it was read. I am in Verona to visit my mother who is in hospital after being taken ill on holiday and wanted something basic and reasonably priced, it was dreadful.

En general todo muy bien. El joven que nos atendio muy amable. Ha sido la primera vez que cojo una habitacion con baño compartido y la verdad la experiencia no ha sido nada desagradable. De hwcho repetiria. Hay un café en la planta baja muy bueno y andando llegas a todos lados.

Sehr zentrale Lage, gutes Café um die Ecke. Wasserspender im Flur war praktisch. Personal war nett/Entgegenkommend. Mein Zimmer hatte einen gestandenen Geruch. Es gab die ersten 3 Tage keine Seife im Bad. Nicht immer Toilettenpapier im Bad. Wände sehr Geräuschdurchlässig.

Good property walking distance from the city center walks. Clean and even with the shared bathrooms seemed private. Easy self check in. The hall way was a little narrow and cluttered. The windows are facing another building. Worst thing is that the cleaning is done at 9:00AM and if you are on vacation be prepared for what sounds like a construction site. I know check out is at 10:00, I got a much needed check out extension at 11:00 but this was ridiculous. You can not sleep. My suggestion is to move your cleaning to 11:00 and check out 12:00. This way tenants staying in your apartments get a good mornings sleep. If you go to the opera at the Arena di Verona it lets out at around 1:00am….

L'assistenza eccellente durata per effetto del Covid per più di un anno. La posizione centrale. Il beverino per acqua fresca. Speriamo solo che sistemino i cilindri delle chiavi dei portoni principali, comunque non di loro competenza visto che la camera è in condominio con amministratore
