I arrived after the reception closed but was told beforehand that I could check in via the machine. It found my reservation but wouldn't let me check in. I called and a guy showed up and checked me in but seemed annoined. Room was great, breakfast excellent. The receptionist in the morning was also nice.

Look at other Ibis locations.

Hotel was manageable for a quick overnight businss stay. However it is a fair distance from the U-bahns. more concerningly, the reception staff either did not know or did not want to take the effort to print me a VAT receipt - instead acting all annoyed about it. Not professional.

I arrived late because flight got delayed, there was no reception at the time I appeared at the hotel, only a machine that did work. I spent 1 hour standing there till 12:30AM, still couldn’t make it, called no one answer. In the end, there was a staff coming out and got me a room. Very bad experience! Room doesn’t have hair dryer. Not stay with it again

Fenster Richtung Straße, also ziemlich laut. Nachts auf jeden Fall schließen. Toilette war ein Behindertentoilette,welche zu hoch war. Frühstück: Es war oft so voll, dass man sich an den Tresen mit hohen Stühlen setzen musste. Vorteilhaft war, dass es einen Aufzug gab und Getränke/ Snackautomat im Eingangsbereich.
