Good management of property

Everything was automated but all were taken care of. Well done to the management. Great location - near to the leaning tower. Negative - the building is on a busy street so you could hear noises from partygoers till the middle of the night and cars noises early morning.

Nice place to stay. Super close to The tower.

This is a pretty good place to stay at. It’s all on one floor but keep in mind it’s up two flights of stairs. On the site it does say that there is no elevator but it doesn’t state clearly that it’s on the second floor. The bathroom was super clean however the floors could use some work there was lots of dirt no carpet. Would stay again if I bring someone to take my suit case up the stairs. The owner was very nice and checks on you throughout your stay.

The property has a very unique charm and it's located 350m walking to the leaning tower, it couldn't be more convenient. Prices are good for the area. Our room was reasonably sized and was only missing a desk to be perfect. The toilet was quite big as well. The building is quite old and you can see it in the rooms but it's actually what attracted us. The furnitures are also chosen with good taste. There was a full sized mirror in the room, the only real negative point was the slowness of the wifi, maybe because of the distance from the router. We also appreciated the presence of a coffee machine with capsules in the common area.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I had plenty of space and a great view of the park in front of this hotel. My only suggestion would be to make sure you check your email for check-in instructions prior to arriving. I did not receive an email with instructions and I had to call stuff twice to be able to get access to the property. I really appreciate the assistance and the person who was able to communicate with me in English. I did have plenty of space in the room and I felt safe. I also enjoyed the water and juice left in the room. The small details always matter.

The location was great but the property itself is in a bit of shambles. When walking on the floor of the room, the whole room vibrated. The cleanliness of the room was not good. Poorly desgined bathroom with not enough hooks to hang the towel and the clothes. There is a sanded glass on the door of the bathroom right opposite the toilet seat. The bed cover had stains on it and the mattress is not comfortable. There is a shared bathroom right next to the room and you can hear people go to the bathroom through the wall at night.

Majoituksen sijainti ravintolakatujen risteyksessä vain parin korttelin päässä kaltevasta tornista oli todella kätevä. Toisaalta korttelin päässä oli sisäänkäynti kasvitieteelliseen puutarhaan, jossa oli ihana rentoutua linnunlaulusta ja luonnosta nauttien ja samalla Pisan kaltevaa tornia katsellen. Huoneemme oli avara, siisti ja tunnelmallinen. Huonekaluissa oli osin rappioromantiikkaa. Pyyhkeiden ja lakanoiden vaihdosta olisi joutunut maksamaan erikseen, mikä kannattaa huomioida pidempää oleskelua suunnitellessa. Yhteiskylpyhuoneet olivat hyvässä kunnossa ja niitä oli tarpeeksi. Käytävät olivat puhtaat ja kauniit, joten yhteiskylpyhuoneiden käyttö sujui kotoisasti. Valitsisin kyseisen majoituspaikan uudestaankin.
