If you want to have a Pool at your room this is the place. If you want a good hotel this is not the place. Pretends to be a 5 star hotel but at most it gets to 3. Expensive without being worth it.

Our stay here was amazing! The hotel felt like a boutique experience. It was quiet and clean. Being out in the jungle, there were a couple of bugs on our patio, but that is to be expected. We planned on exploring the island more but we ended up not wanting to leave the hotel. The food was five star! We ate better than we have in a long time. There are options for a five course meal at the restaurant (¥120000 person but worth it!) or you have have in room shabu-shabu, or ala cart room service or even a “convenience” store at the front desk with drinks and snacks. The staff was superb. Any request we had, they made it happen. Not all staff spoke English, but they always got us someone who could help us. I do recommend having a rental car if you stay here. The taxi ride isn’t too expensive (¥2110) but because the hotel is more secluded, it would be best to have your own transportation. All in all, I would highly recommend this location for a fantastic stay.

L’hôtel est bien decoré c’est tout. Les prestations offertes sont loin des standards pour ce genre d’etablissement. Le petit déjeuner et les plats offerts à la carte sont loin d’etre satisfaisants et chers (pizza toute petite et pas bonne pour 2700 yens). Le personnel ne vous accompagne pas en chambre pour vous expliquer. Certes ce n’est pas fondanental mais quand vous commencez a payer plus de 400€ la nuitée, il est normal que vous soyez plus exigeant. La plage n’est pas du tout nettoyée et certains acces depuis l’hôtel (notamment celui au niveau de la piscine commune) sont remplis de détritus Bref, le Rescape est l’hôtel qui nous a le plus deçu au Japon et nous ne le conseillons pas. Il serait bon pour le propriétaire de penser que les clients ne sont pas uniquement des “pompes à fric”

3泊しました。エコ推進の一環で掃除は無しでタオルの交換だけお願いしました。その代わりにホテル内で使えるポイント通過のようなものをもらいましたがホテル外でも使えるとのことでした。チェックアウト後使えそうな場所を探しましたが少なかったです。行き着いたお店ではよくわかっていなかったので使えませんでした。そしてレートも大幅に違うようでその説明をして欲しかったです。

2回目の滞在でした。 1度目の時に凄く気に入ったので、久しぶりに宮古島に来ることが出来て、絶対に利用したいと思っていました。 コインランドリーも出来ていて、更に過ごしやすくなったと思います。 気になったのは、お部屋の掃除がいまいちだなぁと感じました。 水回りの壁のタイルが照明に照らされて埃が目立っていました。 ソファの下などにも埃が溜まっていました。(毎回チェックとは言いませんが、月1チェックをするといいのではないかと思いました) おしゃれで食事も美味しく、コインランドリーも出来ていたし。スタッフの方の対応も最高です！ 高級だけど、是非、色んな人にお勧めしたいホテルなので、お掃除面でもう一歩というところですね。 また、行きたいです！！

エアコンの清掃がまったくできておらずフィルターはびっしりと埃がついており吹き出し口に関しても埃だらけ。 埃を吸わされている状態で清掃を頼みましたが2台ともエアコン容量が全く足りておらず何時間もつけても部屋は涼しくならず夏場の宮古島の温度で耐えられない暑さ。寝る時だけ他の部屋を案内する旨を伝えられたがそれも同じエアコン設計との事で断りました。 空調設計が全くできていない印象と日々の清掃ができていないと思います。施設としてはゆっくりでき非常に好感が持てる施設ですがエアコン設計とエアコン清掃という根幹が全くできていない事が非常に残念です。リスケープできませんでした。
