We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay. While the apartment itself was a decent size, it was in unacceptable condition upon arrival and did not match the standard that was advertised.
Cleanliness was a major issue — there was hair in the bathroom and visible dust and grime on most surfaces. The apartment also had multiple maintenance problems, including cracks and damage to the walls, missing globes in several lamps, and non-functioning WiFi, despite it being listed as included.
Most concerning was the presence of black mould. It was found on the “freshly cleaned” sheets in the main bedroom on arrival, and the sheets were not replaced until two days later. We also found mould in the showers, on the shower heads, and even on the faucets in the bathroom. This poses a serious health and hygiene risk and should not be present in any guest accommodation.
We raised these issues with the booking provider but have had no resolution, apology or compensation.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would strongly avoid staying here.
