Fabulous hotel within the university campus. Lovely friendly reception staff and easy to check in. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Plenty of beverages provided and toiletries in the bathroom. Fabulously comfy bed and choice of pillows. Great stay

Very clean room and great parking on the University Campus. The breafast was just excellent. A huge thank you to the Uni staff

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The car park is a short 2 minute walk away. My only complaint is that the bed wasn’t especially comfortable - the mattress was quite hard and lumpy.

The lighting in the room not great - green light in the corner too bright. Breakfast mot starting until 8am. Should start at 7.30 to allow people who leave early have breakfast. No One available to provide things like toothpaste etc

Location perfect, very clean and spacious rooms.

Location is further from the train station but we liked that it was outside of the central core. Still easy to get around by walking and the campus has security so it feels safe even if you're out late. The room was spacious and while there's no AC, they did provide a fan. No fridge and our safe wasn't working though.

I have stayed often. Room this time was a little more tired and in need of maintenance eg shower fittings. Great breakfast ! Always quiet . Nice big bed

Stayed many times. Usually have better experience- this time the bathroom looked tired (rust, missing bit on shower) and it was very noisy. Waited quite a lot time for receptionist to check in - rang the number on desk (it wasn’t a late check in, but teatime) and it went to voicemail. Didn’t get expected bonus - drink. Overall underwhelmed
