Very convenient location, felt very safe, clean hotel, helpful staff and had a true European feel without being overwhelmingly different.

Great little hotel

We enjoyed a lovely overnight stay at Hotel Amici - very simple, small boutique hotel. Has lots of character! Our concierge recommended a lovely little place around the corner for breakfast. Recommended.

Nice that it's near the train station and walkable to many sites. Bathroom smelled like sewer gas and room basic.

The photos online are not a good indication of what to expect. The shower in the delux double leaked and would not stay on the wall. Also very tiny. The toilet would stick flushing. There was a gap between the bath and the wall. There were holes in the wall by the air con unit that really wasn’t adequate at all. The bed headboard was covered due to the state it was in. Staff were pleasant but not there often. There was no sign of a breakfast area, and really the ‘guest house’ is just half the 4th floor of a building which photos do not make clear. It was well situated and near the station, but I would not book again as was not what the pictures led us to expect.

A due passi dalla stazione Termini. Soluzione abbastanza economica. Stanze pulite e sembrano ristrutturate di recente - ma non sono insonorizzate bene e si sentono i vicini e le persone fuori. Per il resto tutto bene e staff del guesthouse spesso presente e disponibile

Everything was good in this hotel, it was clean and staff was nice, only things is that our room was flooded the first day and no one to call because it was late, the next day the staff member was on it and very polite, he cleaned right away! But overall very nice!

Pros: the location was great, the staff were really nice, the hot tub was a great way to end a long day, and they held our luggage for us after checkout which was really nice. Cons: there was no free breakfast even though it stated on the booking (which was a huge reason we booked this hotel), the shower leaked and wouldn’t drain properly plus was situated at a bad angle, and the hot tub started leaking. It was not a bad stay for a few nights but I would not want to stay here long term due to showers being hard to take.

No Breakfast

Overall, not bad, but we paid for the room with breakfast included. When we asked for it, they said that they do not provide breakfast at all. No refund and no regrets... The location is good, but the guesthouse itself is on the 4th floor of the building, and you need to carry the building, the guesthouse entrance, and the room's actual keys.
