The hotel is in the best location of Kadikoy. The room was clean, nice facilities inside it. Wi fi great and good AC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is packed with beautiful and great local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and artisanal shops. I recommend this hotel as is in the heart of Kadikoy and I’ve enjoyed very much to stay there. Thanks to all the staff for being so welcoming.

A Good Value and Quiet Location

Very friendly employees. They always carried my luggage for me up and down the stairs. Good air conditioning. Room and bathrooms are clean. But the bathrooms need the grout removed. I stayed in different rooms and the beds are comfortable.

Pleasant stay

Pleasantly surprised after some bad reviews. The cars driving past provide some noise. I would suggest ensuring you have a room with windows/ natural light. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Bathroom could have a better deep clean. But enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Amazing location in relation to bars and restaurants.

Nice location but terrible in everything else. The smell of dampness, black mold across the bathroom, a broken bed, and no hot water. The staff is grumpy and unfriendly.

They should write that the "standard room" is underground and with deafening noise until midnight (there is a bar attached to the windows, and the windows don't close well, it practically feels like there are 50 other people in the room). When I pointed this out to him at check-in he told me I could upgrade for another 25 euros, I had already paid 33 for a room for one person. Btw, it is central and 5 minutes from the metro to Sabiha Airport

Horrible

We got a master key and could access any room in the hotel which didn’t make us feel safe. Bedsheets had holes and walls and chairs were dirty. We had to stay in a different hotel the first night. We were not reimbursed even though they had a plumbing issue that prevented us from staying in our room.

I booked a standard room but when I booked it hasn’t been mentioned that all the standard rooms are under the ground. I don’t even know if it’s legal, there’s a whole 2 or 3 (I’m not sure how many, I’ve seen at least 2 flights down there) flights that goes under the ground with stairs. So I had to pay extra 800 liras to upgrade the room because there’s no way I would stay down there lol. And the AC is not that strong it can’t cool down the room entirely even though it was on max all day. But other than that location is great, and the room was a little small but clean enough. I wouldn’t wanna stay there again and don’t recommend because for that price I could’ve stayed somewhere way better than that.

Location is the only thing I can praise about this hotel. I must also say that the reception and the cleaning personnel is friendly and provided us all the assistance we needed. Upon check in, we were given a room with bad wifi reception. we asked for another room and were given immediately. We ended up staying in room 202. The bed was too short if you are taller than 170 cm. The duvet cover dis by have any buttons/ zipper so the cover kept sliding off the duvet as we were sleeping. It was annoying. There was a hole on a wall which was not covered. The beautiful chandelier with 3 bulbs had just 1 bulb in working condition. The safe in the room was broken so we didn't feel good about the cleaning done when we were not present as we had valuables with us. Therefore, our bathroom could be cleaned only once during our 5 night stay. However, when we asked for more toilet paper and fresh towels, these were brought in quickly. The bed sheets and the towels were clean but the room and the bathroom area did not look and feel clean. There was residual dirt all around in the bathroom. The ketel in the room had rust and inside it was not clean either. The bedroom floor was also dirty. This hotel deserves no more than 2 stars.

Eski bina olmasından kaynaklı, duvarlar çatlak ve tesisat sıkıntılı. Odada kocaman bir fan var ve kapattırmazsak bırakın uyumayı sesimizi duyamayız. Temizlik maalesef çok yetersiz. Fotoğraflardaki izlenimi almak imkansız. Ve müşteri portföyü ne yazık ki çok düşük. Ekip genç ve nazik ama ilgisiz. Tekrar kalacağımı zannetmiyorum

Bakımsız, Özensiz ama İyi Konum

Daha önce de kaldığımız bir oteldi ama sanırım işletmesinde olan değişikliklerden dolayı çok bakımsız bir haldeydi. Odamız fotoğrafta gözüktüğü gibi değildi. Oda yeterince temizlenmemişti. Havlular kirliydi. Banyoda sabun bile yoktu. Konum olarak harika olması tek iyi yanıydı.

Bir daha dusunun…

Eski binalarin yenilenmesiyle olusan yasam alanlarini ve bu binalarin kendine ozgu seslerini seviyor olmama ragmen gecenin bir yarisi bu seslerin ardindan oda kapimin acilmasi biraz gerdi. Baska musteri kendi kartiyla oda kapimi acabildi… kalanini sizin hayal gucumuze birakip bir daha kalmama karari verdim :)

Temiz ama cok eski ve yipranmis

Bodrum katta bir odada kaldim. Odadaki askilar, banyodaki dus kirikdi ve oylece birakilmisti. Giysilerimi ascak yer bulamadim. Bir gece kaldigim icin idare ettim ama mumkunse ust katlardaki odalardan isteyin. Temizlik olarak guzeldi sadece.

The service from the men at reception was very good. When we went with a problem they sorted it our straight away as well as changing our room for us. One of the men helped us with transport questions and explained how to get around. There was a situation where we were very stuck and the gentleman at reception helped us out enormously with some cash. Fantastic staff keep it up. Thanks for everything.

Güzel bir hafta sonu kaçamağı :)

Sevgilim ile iki gecelik bir konaklama yaptık. Konumu muhteşem Kadıköy'ün merkezi her yerine bir kaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde çıkıp gezmek için çok güzeldi. Çalışanları aşırı güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Üst kat odalarında kaldık odalar genisş ve ferahtı. Kaldığımız tarihte İstanbul biraz soğuktu ama oda gayet güzel ısınıyor hatta cam açık şekilde bıraktık. Kadıköy'de kalmak isteyen herkese tavsiye ediyoruz.
