Minha experiência foi horrível neste hotel! Passei por uma humilhação tamanha. Primeiro, nos colocaram em um quarto que a descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava e o chuveiro só tinha água gelada e mal saia água. Solicitamos para trocar de quarto e a Patrícia, a única profissional descente que tem lá, nos trocou de quarto, um quarto mais descente, com tudo funcionando. Vim para Gurupi a trabalho, saí do hotel às 08h00 e retornei às 17h00. Voltei para o quarto e notei que minha havaiana tinha sumido. Procurei e não achei em nenhum lugar do quarto. Resolvemos ir até a recepção perguntar se eles tinham encontrado a havaiana no primeiro quarto que estávamos, entregaram a chave e nós fomos procurar novamente. O rapaz da recepção em nenhum momento levantou para ajudar. Na passagem de plantão, o rapaz não passou a situação para o colega do terceiro turno. Ou seja, ele não sabia de nada. E novamente fomos tentar encontrar a havaiana. Eu e minha irmã fomos tratadas super mal pelos funcionários e pela proprietária do hotel, que teve falas ríspidas e deselegantes! Em nenhum momento eles se dispuseram a nos ajudar. A partir daí, fomos até a delegacia fazer um boletim de ocorrência, inclusive por não me sentir bem no ambiente privado, no qual eu paguei e ainda furtaram uma havaiana. Não foi nem pelo furto da havaiana em si, e sim pelo fato de que não fomos bem amparadas! Não deram desconto e nem pedidos de desculpas pelo ocorrido. Foi constrangedor e humilhante!

Foi decepcionante. Não tinha cortina na janela do quarto, era de frente para uma avenida a nossa sorte era que tinha uma árvore em frente à janela. A televisão simplesmente não tinha som, fiz a reclamação e me disseram “agora só segunda para arrumar”. Parecia que não iam nos receber, não tinha nem toalha, eu tive que ir atrás. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Pelo valor da diária deveria ser mais organizado.
