Isaiah was amazing and accommodating. We got there at 10pm, had a Reservation but the Hotel was at full booke. The last 2 bed room was slightly Warm. He gave us a Fan we slept like babies. The Breakfast Staff were friendly and Fast. Beautiful place. It's a but Dated,but that's what adds to its charm.

Overall it was fine. The breakfast was nice and the process worked. It's a huge property and you can tell it was great during its day. The bathroom was very dated and worn, but was functional. The elevator used was a service elevator because the main ones were nonfunctional . But great staff. I would stay there again.

Only negative thing I found wrong was the elevator and location. It was slow and small. The stairway needs painted and more lighting added so its not so creepy. The hotel staff and breakfast was really the highlight of the stay. They went above and beyond to help us have a great stay in Topeka. We really enjoyed the breakfast bar. The server was so nice and honestly a joy to talk to.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The building itself looks worn but clean. I did get a full size bed that they told us was a queen. The room looked like it was missing a bed too. It was very cramped for two full size people to sleep on. The toilet didn't always flush and the ac was really loud. Overall it was an ok budget stay with the exception of the bed issue. That sucked.

Super loud hotel. When I checked in I asked specifically for a quiet room. We got put next to a party room. We could hear everything through the walls. There's no sound protection anywhere. You could hear and feel the whole room rattle anytime somebody shut a door in the hallway. The bed was clean and comfortable. But everything else is just dingy and run down and kind of gross honestly. It was cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for. And the breakfast was decent.
