The room was great! The staff was nice. I had a corner room where I was able to see the beach and the sunrise. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. There were signs of previous water damage in spots around the window, but it seemed old. The Room Genie was weird, but you could disable it.

It might not be a 5 star hotel, but the team was absolutely amazing. V stayed at property for 3 night with 3 adults in 1 room. Rooms were cleans and tidy. V chose to get our rooms made up daily. I had a wonderful stay here during my trip to Busan. Location is very convenient in Haeundae which is walkable to the beach, restaurants, stores, and the traditional street market. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and hot shower. The staff was very friendly, great with international travelers, and helped me book a large taxi at checkout. Highly recommended place to stay!

Positives-very clean, great location, helpful friendly reception staff. Negatives-the pool sunbeds do not look like the pictures, no cushions and very uncomfortable, the pool closes every day at 12 noon till 1.30 pm you cant drink a starbucks coffee in reception or on the rooftop, you have to take it to your room.
