The hotel has a very cozy vibe which was perfect for the cold winter weather in Schenectady. They have these amazing walnut chocolate chip cookies at the front desk which are complimentary so don’t forget to ask for one. We did go to the bar for a night cap and Adam was amazing with conversation and comfort. The food was not good but the drinks helped that.

Lighting is inadequate. Like being in a tomb. Lamp for the area where the computer chair is is absurd. Computer chair is the only place to sit in the room. How about a side chair of some kind. Bed is so high off the floor my short wife had to run and jump to get on the bed. She’s 83. We will never stay at this facility again !
