Clean room. Hot water was scarce last evening but it was probably peak use. The staff are always helpful and courteous. It's an inexpensive clean room with comfortable beds. I will gladly stay here again

It was quiet, not to close to the interstate with a Super Walmart close and easy to find.

Facility was very outdated. Beds were fine. Around the tub had some mold. There was no ice machine available to use.

The room was clean. There were no USB ports. Lots of noise from I-44 and a nearby train at 1 AM.

Nice enough and clean enough for a 1 night stay but lacked a closet, hair dryer etc. that you would want for a longer stay. No breakfast either.

Good value for the cost. Room was nicely sized. Amenities were good. Bathroom had a nice sized shower in a small area. I had to step into the tub or squeeze between the tub and toilet to open and close the door. Staff was helpful at checkout.

For the price, room was one of the best we've had. Good beds/pillows, clean, basic, but nice. Only downside was no blow dryer, but that was made clear up front. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Will stay here again.

Room was okay for the price. If I was going to stay in the area for more than one day, I would have chosen a better place to stay. Hotel was advertised as Baymont but the address was for Regency Inn. There wasn't a motel named Baymont in the area. I was dissapointed because we had stayed in a Baymont and they had a good hot breakfast. Wasn't really impressed with the hotel but we was just going to sleep and spend the night and I had booked it before we had got there and couldn't get a refund.

4/10 Regular

The girl at the front desk had trouble getting her face out of her phone. First room wasn’t cleaned, second room had people in it. The head of housekeeping (I believe) finally got me a room that had a fridge that didn’t work, no cups at all and tv was sketchy. The air worked ok and bed was comfortable.

Good value. I prefer the older style motels where you can park right in front of your room. The room has been updated was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were great. The only negative was the shower didn’t get hot. It was lukewarm at best the room had everything I needed, including plenty of towels and shampoo and soap. I would stay here again.
