We had two rooms reserved. We switched one room to a cabin in order to have closer bathroom access! Loved the cabin! In that it was the end of the season and this was a particularly hot summer. the Ice hotel was "melting," but we slept comfortably through the night and enjoyed the experience!

Cabins were wonderful and had amazing views. Perfect for couples or groups of 2 per cabin. We booked with half board which was outstanding for our 2 day stay. We loved that we were able to spend time with the dogs and the reindeer..

We loved the Snow hotel. Everything about it! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We stayed in cabin 10 and had a really nice view of the Fjord. I loved sitting by the window at day or night. The room was clean and very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant - breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was upscale and delicious. I also did the king crab safari and it was outstanding. The guides were very knowledgeable and funny. We feasted on the crab and it was delicious! We also went on the northern lights hunting. We saw them right at the hotel one evening! The first night we did not see them, but the guide was so interesting and engaging and tried so hard! He did take us to the Russian border. The 2nd night of lights hunting was spectacular! We even saw the Northern lights dance! The snow hotel itself was fun! We went to the bar for a drink - in an ice glass no less. Just loved this resort and so grateful to have spent some time there - with the huskies too!

Absolutely astonishing resort. I have traveled the world 57 countries and this is the best resort in the world. There is more to their resort than this explained they have a fishing or crafts. I have husky dogs for when it snows and reindeers on the property. There is also an actual igloo where you can sleep in and there is a bar. Everything is so well presented. This is a place to stay a week at least if you want to fish and just relax and enjoy nature. It should be advertised more throughout the world. The food was great. The staff was great. The rooms were clean so worth it just to vacation here for a week. I only stayed a day if I would’ve known it was this beautiful I would’ve stayed more. Thank you so much for the experience.

This place is magical. The cabins are cozy, clean, warm and adorable. The staff are all friendly, outgoing, helpful and kind. We took their added on excursion to see Northern Lights (never a guarantee) and were lucky enough to find them - and then saw them again back at the hotel. Our stay was really a wonderful one.

This place is amazing. While it is not near anything, dont worry. I could eat 3 meals a day here for a week and not want a change. Great staff. Loved the staff at the dog area especially.
