A place toy stay in San Juan city centre

It is a standard hotel with excellent room rates.Excellent location in downtown San Juan. Parking very close to the hotel, open 24 h everyday at a reasonable low rate. If you are accostumed to high level hotels the Albertina may disappoint you. But if you are not neatpicky, this is a very reasonable place to stay. Especially if you like to go out to visiting great places nearby. Very good continental breakfast is free.

sugerencia el piso de la ducha tendria que tener un anti deslisante y toda cerrada para no mojar el resto del baño revisar el tema del papel higienico y no tener que pedirlo la caja de seguridad no funcionaba avisamos nadie vino y por ultimo el desayuno es desde las 7 hs pues tiene que estar todo listo y no a medio servir. muchas gracias.

This hotel has a good location right in the centre of town but has no free parking, lucky enough there is a paying parking next to it... The rooms are tight with very tine windows. Evething is very simple but with a working aircon and hair dryer. The breakfast is very poor and displayed without any love or charm. Everything covered in plastic foil as if it has been laid there the night before... Table arent set/dressed and as a guest there is no service so you end up going back many times to the buffet to get a spoon or more butter, another paper napkin and so on .... As a detaile, there was a young woman with a very disgusting mop going around wetting the floors but not really cleaning just disturbing and disgusting the guests... There is better options in town for same rate !

Buena opciòn para estadìas cortas.

El hotel està en el centro frente a la plaza principal. Muy buena la atenciòn. Las instalaciones estàn en remodelaciòn. El desayuno es bastante completo. Buena relaciòn precio calidad.No tiene cochera por lo que hay que pagar la estadìa en la playa que està al lado.

This building is located right next to Plaza 25 de Mayo. I visited during the WorldSBK race weekend and the area was really busy. They closed off a street and about 100 motorcycles parked right in front of the cafes and restaurants. It was a good vibe. The hotel itself is ok. Nice and clean. However the toilet was a bit troublesome in my room....didn't flush properly. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable. I would recommend this place for a short stay.

Lo mejor del hotel es la recepción, en el resto no se encuentran modificado la construcción es antigua y muy deteriodara. Nos dieron la habitación nro 309, desastrosa!!! Por suerte lo único aceptable era el colchón, la alfombras increíblemente sucias!!! El desayuno normal.

Expensive and Old!!!

The room we were first given had old carpet, old dirty bathroom and was extremely noisy. After two phone calls we were moved to a nicer quieter room. Seems they keep the nicer rooms for speculative customers - not those that had paid in advance! Go elsewhere!

The rooms were quite old and noisy. I was given a room on the first floor and I could not sleep due to the cars passing by the whole night. The heating system was not very good either. It was just a hot air stream quite old and dusty which heated only the air surrounding the air exit, leaving the rest of the room and the toilet completely cold.
