Beautiful island but bathroom are shared with other guests electricity and water is only available at certain times. The hotel served food but you had to order in advance and the food was served at a certain time. Kayaks were only rentable at a certain time as well. I would not recommend to stay here

I absolutely adored my stay at Isla Mística. From the moment I arrived, it just felt magical. I stayed in one of the jungle rooms and the walk to and from the main area is definitely a little trek after dark, so keep your phone charged for the torch, but honestly it added to the whole adventure. The island itself is fascinating with an interesting history. It is this gorgeous blend of tropical paradise and untouched nature, with crystal clear water, spectacular sunsets and lush green jungle that looks straight out of a movie. And then there is the wildlife. The nature here is the real headline act. I still cannot believe I got to cuddle a spider monkey every day. Her name was Niña and she took it upon herself to knock on my door every single morning like my own tiny furry alarm clock. She would wander in, hop on the bed and settle in for cuddles. I mean, who gets to say that. Five minutes from my room I had flamingos. Around every corner I would spot monkeys, deer, iguanas and parrots. It felt like living inside a tropical daydream. Everything felt clean and cared for during my stay. The rooms are no-frills simple and showers are basic, but you’re surrounded by so much beauty that it all just melts into the background. The food was decent with plenty of choice. It’s on the pricier side for what it is, but given the location I totally get why. You choose your dinner a couple of hours in advance and everyone eats at the same time, which actually creates a nice little commun

Nous avions réservé une chambre la porte était démontée , le frigo top n avait pas servi depuis des années et fermé et arrêté ! Il fallait y aller à coup de pied pour ouvrir la porte sans sécurité. Musique regaeton à bloc au bar. Prix des repas chers et pour cause aucun moyen de manger ailleurs. Restau en chantier il fallait aller chercher le petit dej au milieu du chantier On a l impression que ça vient d ouvrir et qu aucune réparation n a été faite. Prix totalement abusif!!! Turn over de volontaire qui débarque en bateau. Ah!! Le départ tardif de la lancha nous a fait rater l unique bateau pour Cartagena! Dommage car le lieu pourrait être sympa.
