The hotel is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. The food is also incredible. I went to the crossroads kitchen daily for breakfast and it was the best food I’ve ever tasted. Plus the manager Fabio and his team were incredible to me the entire time. When I come back to Tokyo I am definitely staying here.

I love the stunning lobby chandelier, staff are nice and very accommodating, breakfast buffet was lot of selection and food are delicious, room was very modern and spacious especially the bathroom, a little farther from Shinjuku station, we rode a taxi but otherwise nice location, far from Narita airport, it’s an hour driving, it’s better to take Haneda airport.

Pretty good stay, hotel staff was very international, felt more welcomed by local staff than international staff. Great view of Mt. Fuji. Some of the areas in room felt not too clean.
