One of the worst experiences of my life. The service is very bad. People are very rude to you.
The rooms are not very clean. One of the rooms I rented was dirty. The bed is also dirty. There is no soap, nothing. Even when checking in, the receptionists are very rude. When you ask about parking, they say you have to pay 44 dollars more.
They also supposedly ask for a 75 dollar insurance, which the receptionist will supposedly return to you in a week or more. That is crazy. This hotel has bad service, dirty rooms, no parking.
And even when I called to have the sheets changed, I had to call twice and they never came. I went down to reception, I told them what was happening and they still didn't go to the room.
Honestly, it's a disgusting hotel. The elevator only works once and on top of that, it's too small. And let's not even talk about the food. They charge you like 40 dollars more for breakfast.
