Very clean and comfortable room. The front desk was friendly and quick at check in. I didn't use the breakfast which appeared to be adequate. Hot coffee was available before the 6am noted time which was much appreciated ! The location is very good, close to the highway but not noisy. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is there appears to be quite a few folks loitering outside. It is a busy location with restaurants, other hotels and it's very near Washington DC so appears it's part of the territory. The folks did not appear to be guests.

Excellent stay for the value. Me and my fiancé were in the area for a night for a wedding and this was a cheaper option than what was offered by the wedding website. All the positive reviews don’t lie: the rooms were clean and modern, beds were very comfy, and rooms were quiet. Front desk staff was very nice. Parking was easy and I felt very safe. Do not let the Red Roof Inn name deter you from staying here. This was as good as any nearby competitor hotel for a fraction of the cost!
