Prperty and staff are top notch. And this is close to some key sights. This is a poor area in a relatively poor city if you are from the west so you will see a lot of things you are not used to outside of the hostile. That being said, the locals were friendly and I never felt unsafe. Place can't be beat money or service wise. Highly recommend to young back packer on a buget.

Location is good. Nice staff but our room was really bad smell. Like you are in septic tank. Need to change or renovate the toilet and the floors .

Good location if you’re getting the ferry. And good price but the room needs to be a little more clean. My bathroom floor was always wet water was coming from under the tiles.

The area where it is located feels very unsafe, at night there is no public lighting, the streets are dark, there are many homeless people. As for the hotel, it doesn't look the same as in the photos, the walls of the rooms are cracked, the bathroom is very ugly, at night you can not sleep because you can hear all the noise from the hallway, from the reception, you can hear everything! Also lots of light comes in through a window above the bedroom door. I couldn't rest on the trip. I would not stay here again. I don’t recommend.

새벽에 세부 도착해서 잠만 자려고 묵은 숙소였습니다. 주변 지역 청결도나 건물, 거리 상태가 좋지 않아 걱정 많이했는데 의외로 내부는 깨끗하고 정리 잘되있으며 직원분들도 친절했습니다.

Very clean, great customer service from karen ann

I am very happy with my 1 night stay. It is my first time to stay on a bedspacer and i felt uncomfortable at first because you sleep with other people you don’t know but in terms of cleanliness it is excellent. I commend karen ann for being attentive to my request and i am satisfied of her customer service.

A very clean and comfortable stay

The hostel was exceptionally clean, new, and modern which made it a very comfortable stay. I liked the curtains for privacy and each bed space had a lamp, outlet, and a small shelf. The bedrooms have AC but no AC in the common but they had fans and it was completely fine. WiFI is fast and works well in the room and the staff was really friendly and helpful. They also have a security guard at night so it felt really secure. For example, I ordered food in the evening and instructed the driver to come up in the notes. But the security guard came up to tell me that my food delivery was here instead of letting random people inside. Some improvements that the hostel could make to be exceptional: more information about the hostel's services (like laundry, food, check-out time, etc.) during the check-in or a board that lists everything they offer // things to do in Cebu. But whenever I asked for information, the staff was always really helpful with everything! I think it was one of the cleanest // comfortable hostels I've been in - so I'd def stay here again!

I booked for 2 people with 1 room, and they gave many people share room, me and fiancée didn’t stay in, we wanted refund back, they refused us, they didn’t give any refund back me. They did / do fault advertising websites. That is against consumers right, and business immoral

Very nice. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. This hostel is just 2 months old, so everything is new. Close to Magellan’s cross, malls, and restaurants.

優點： 1.應該是開業不久的關係，整體環境（浴室、床鋪）及設備都非常新穎乾淨，使用起來讓人非常放心； 2.當日的櫃檯人員溫和有禮並且能以英語溝通。 其他： 1.前來住宿的旅客需自備沐浴用品及拖鞋，雖然會增加一些行李重，但這也是能讓住宿費那麼平易近人的關係； 2.房間的隔音不佳，當日凌晨入睡時，隔壁間的旅客才前來入住，然而因為房間的隔間與天花板有大約3至5公分的空隙，所以是完全無法阻隔聲響的，但這就是青旅的常態，如果是淺眠的朋友建議多加考慮； 3.旅店位在二樓，但其並沒有電梯，有大件行李的旅客建議可列入考慮。
