I stayed two nights at Sleep Inn in Wilmington, NC. My room had one queen size bed with really soft sheets and a nice weight comforter. I had a relaxing, restful time. The room was clean, furnishings arranged conveniently. Nice full length mirror on the far wall as well as a wide mirror in the bathroom helped ensure a good appearance before going out for the day. Check in was late due to a weather related flight delay. A very pleasant woman got me checked in efficiently. We spoke of her upcoming vacation plans which included taking her granddaughter on her first flight. My housekeeping needs for the room were minimal as towels, tissues, paper supplies, were adequately provided. I really enjoyed the breakfast selections -bagels, instant hot cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, a do it yourself waffle maker, juices, milk, coffee, teas. The lady attending to the breakfast room was friendly and helpful, making sure everything was stocked. Housekeepers greeted me as we passed in the hallway. The man cleaning the outdoor pool and I had a nice conversation as he worked. The water was refreshing and I didn't want to get out of the pool. Checkout time was 1100, so I took a quick shower, got dressed and finalized paperwork with Misty at the reception desk. All of the employees I interacted with seemed to enjoy their work and they were genuinely interested in their customers. I would definitely stay here again.
