店家客氣友善，笑容可掬。傳統房間格局，木門比較舊，但滿乾淨的，地點方便，生活機能便利，這個價格合理。唯一不優的是晚上到至少午夜十二點還有人在唱歌。如果無法克服這點的，不建議入住。

離花蓮火車站400公尺步行距離，加上每晚1千塊錢左右的房價，是最大的優勢（相比花蓮其他旅館和民宿動不動就2千塊錢up一晚來說） 老闆娘和所有的服務人員都很親切熱情，飯店裝潢很簡單和old school，但打掃的乾淨，所以住起來總體還是舒適的。 我們這次住在後棟的房間，熱水因為要從前棟循環過來的原因所以每次都要開著等10分鐘左右才會熱（這一點也很old school），略微有點麻煩，不過也不是大問題。 總體而言是一家有人情味、高C/P的老旅館，值得推薦

飯店較為陳舊，地板走起來有一點聲音，浴室裡的插頭是壞的，所以玻璃沒辦法除霧，浴室水龍頭的水流有些分岔，不過清潔算很乾淨，房間內沒有冰箱，是在一樓共用，每個樓層有安裝冷熱飲水機，該有的設備都有。

我沒住過這麼老舊的旅館～～沒有電梯要提行李上2樓！而且還要穿過很奇怪的神明廳才能到！ 走上樓梯陰陰森森的長走道！整棟好像只有我們一間入住！ 房門是很老舊的木門感覺很容易被踹開！睡覺時我用行李箱頂著門～在農曆7月入住這種旅館真的讓我永難忘記！ 如果是女性遊客沒有男性陪同不建議入住此旅館！
