I do not like to do bad reviews, however I have to, upon checking in, which was late check around 12am I did call to make the aware I didn’t have any issues, my booking supposed to been from 8/15-8/17 I checked in like I stayed around 12 am and checked out no later than 8am went to another hotel maybe 5 mins away. Front desk worker at the time was very polite explained everything very detail, he explained about self parking with was about a block over, he mentioned valet but he did discourage us from valet something I really wanted, basically stated the process is slow, fast forward we get to the room no where near as pictured very small very tight, WiFi for the tv was horrible keep going in/out room was small they bathroom was so close to the bed no privacy. I did complaining to the front desk worker that check me in and the one that check me out I was told I would get a refund it’s 8/26 still haven’t received anything I was only there 8 hrs or less no sleep at all I was uncomfortable, my anxiety was bothered due to these issues, very unhappy no one has reached out to this day
